My name is Amede Vital AKA COACH AV
Owner of AV Fitness and Performance located in the DMV but I am originally from The Democratic Republic of Congo
Former college athlete from Glenville State, Norfolk State and Tarleton State.
Fitness has always been more than just a passion for me - It's my calling. Helping people transform, push past limits, and achieve their goals is what drives me every single day.
