This page summarizes key policies regarding session management for easy reference.
session reset & carry over

All pre-paid sessions reset at the end of each calendar month.

No carry-overs are permitted. Unused sessions are forfeited.
make-up session

24-Hour Notice Required: Make-up sessions are only available for sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

All Clients: May reschedule a missed session within the same week it was originally scheduled, subject to availability.

Monthly Clients: Have until the end of the same calendar month to complete any make-up sessions. Sessions not made up within the month are forfeited.

Scheduling: Clients must proactively communicate to schedule make-up sessions. Availability is not guaranteed.
late arrivals

Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining portion of their scheduled session. The session will still be charged in full.
travel training

Remote Support: Home workout plans are provided at no extra charge when clients are traveling.

In-Person Travel Sessions: Available upon request at a rate of $80-$100 per session, depending on the location and travel time.
